First, determine what school you are zoned for and if your student is eligible for transportation. Click the photo below to find your zoned campus and see if you are eligible for transportation.

If yes, then you will need to register your student(s) for transportation services when you enroll and register them for the school year by July 12 to receive bus service for the first two weeks of school.

*Special Needs Students: This information would have been provided to you at your student's ARD meeting. Please contact your campus diagnostician for further assistance to update or change your students' transportation information. Your school will provide the documentation that the Transportation Department will need to ensure safe transportation services.

*Effective May 22nd, the Here Comes the Bus App is no longer being used. To ensure you receive accurate transportation information for your student(s), please download the StopFinder App. Information on StopFinder can be found below.

Stopfinder is easy to use, all-in-one parent engagement app designed by parents for parents. Know where your child’s bus is and have the most accurate information about your child’s bus schedule in the palm of your hand. The transportation department and registered users (subscribers) stay connected by sending and receiving messages through the secure Stopfinder app directly to their phone or tablet.

Stopfinder Mobile APP

Prosper ISD is using the StopFinder mobile app to allow parents, guardians and caregivers to view information about their child’s bus schedule and where a child’s bus is and to receive notifications about where the bus is.

The StopFinder app is fully integrated with Prosper ISD routing software, GPS and other communications tools to ensure accurate, real-time data.

Some features of the app include:

View student bus schedules

Set up alerts along a child’s route to view the bus location.
Receive notifications of when the bus has arrived at its destination, or if the bus will be delayed.
Parents and guardians with more than one bus rider can track multiple buses

Get started with the StopFinder App

The StopFinder school bus app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. Families must have an up-to-date email address in Skward to activate the subscription. If a family's email address in Skyward is not current, the app will not work as the student schedule will not populate.

Please note that parents and guardians must set up a geo alert within the app to receive notifications about where the bus is and when it is near. Instructions on how to set up a geo alert can be found in the video below.
