Special Needs Transportation

  • Special transportation originates at the campus level. Once the campus determines you qualify for special transportation, a special needs transportation request is submitted online by the campus staff. 

    Initial placements and subsequent changes can take up to one week to complete.

    Special Needs Transportation Changes
    All transportation changes must be sent to your child's campus. The staff will coordinate any changes to your child's special transportation directly with us.

    Each student can only have one pick up location and one drop off location.

    If your child will be absent, it is imperative that you call Dispatch and cancel the bus. Dispatch Phone Number: 469-219-2065.

    If your child does not ride 3 days in a row, and we have not been notified by the parent your service will be canceled until you call to get it reinstated. This must be 2 hours before your child's normal morning pick up time.
