As the principal of Baker Elementary, I am honored to partner with the families and staff of the Baker community to ensure high levels of success and growth for all students on our campus. Baker Elementary aims to prepare students to be contributing members of society who demonstrate a growth mindset and can think beyond the school to make a difference in their world as problem-solvers and lifelong learners.

I believe strongly in collaboration and the development of Professional Learning Communities.  I believe better decisions are made through participation and effective communication.  I believe our first priority is student learning and achievement, whether academic or social.  I believe in modeling fairness, openness, and honesty and always acting in an ethical manner.  I believe what we do has a much greater impact on others than what we say.  I believe in the goodness of everyone and that capturing their hearts is the first step to reaching them and finding ways for them to achieve success. I believe there is no better school district in America than Prosper ISD and I'm truly grateful to be a part of the movement that is happening here.
